PTEF Holds 2009 Golf Outing

The Perry Township Education Foundation recently held its 16th annual golf outing at the Legends of Indiana in Franklin. The event was a success, with more than 170 golfers participating. The outing netted $19,000, which helps provide grants to teachers in our township for creative projects they want to do for their students.

Highlights of the day included 18 holes of golf on one of the premier golf courses in Indiana, a great dinner, fun door prizes and a certificate for each golfer for a free golf club valued at $135.

Sponsors of the event included the The Skillman Corporation (the Presenting Sponsor for the 16th consecutive year); the Kiwanis Club of Perry Township; VANCO Experts in Food Service Repair; Karwowski Financial Consulting Group of Wells Fargo Advisors; CSO Architects; EdisonLearning; Bank of New York Mellon Trust; Heritage Aggregates, LLC; IKON Office Solutions; Red Line Graphics, Inc.; Performance Services; Old National Insurance; Kasco Marketing; and Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim.

For 2010, the PTEF golf outing will be Thursday, June 17, at the Legends of Indiana in Franklin. To reserve your foursome or to learn more about sponsor benefits,
