Welcome Back to School from the Perry Township Education Foundation!

 

As the new school year begins, the Perry Township Education Foundation (PTEF) is excited to welcome students, teachers, and families back to school. We're eager to support our community in fostering a positive and enriching educational experience for all.

At PTEF, our mission is to provide funding for innovative teaching initiatives and to support equitable education across Perry Township. This year, we're expanding our outreach to ensure our grants and scholarships meet the diverse needs of our community. We've strengthened our partnerships with the Burmese Community of North America and other key organizations, and we're committed to broadening our reach to include more ELL communities.

We're proud to have awarded over $17,000 in Family Engagement Impact Grants last year, supporting celebrations at four different schools. These events brought families together, creating lasting memories and strengthening the connection between home and school.

As we kick off this school year, we invite you to stay connected with PTEF. Whether through volunteering, attending our events, or simply staying informed, your involvement makes a difference. Together, we can continue to build a thriving, inclusive community where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
