Helping Hand Grant Application

The Helping Hand Grants will provide up to $500 to educators for the materials and supplies they need to teach creatively and innovatively, as current circumstances require. We will accept applications on a monthly basis, beginning in 2023 and ending in May 2024 with due dates at 11:59 PM on the first* of each month. Awardees will be notified within 10 days and grants will be immediately distributed (details to be shared with all awardees). Receipts must be returned electronically (ptef@perryschools.org) within 30 days of receiving the grant. Recipients who fail to submit receipts will be ineligible to apply for a grant the following semester. Educators may not receive more than one grant per semester. Applicants must apply online through the form below and must have permission from the school principal to apply. Please be aware that if your grant is through an Amazon gift card you must order via PTEF’s Amazon account or your personal account.

*Note: If the first of the month falls on a weekend, applicants will have until 11:59 PM on the following Monday to submit the application.
